Collaborators management

In the panel General administration, by clicking this icon: You arrive in the Collaborators management.

Collaborators list

The list of collaborators, previously created in the module Granting permissions, is displayed.

Depending on the status granted in the Granting permissions, you can check the modules needed for this employee.

Example for a moderator function:

Select the modules that the employee has access.

If you check the header section, all modules in this section are automatically checked and vice versa.

Later, you can reassign the employee to another function to extend its rights.
