Collaborators management

In the panel General administration, by clicking this icon:   You arrive in the Collaborators management.
 

Collaborators list

The list of collaborators, previously created in the module Granting permissions, is displayed.
 

Modification of rights

Depending on the status granted in the Granting permissions, you can modify the modules required for a collaborator by clicking on the icon on the left of the Action column.

Select the modules that the employee has access. If you check the header section, all modules in this section are automatically checked and vice versa.

You can later reassign another function to an employee to extend his or her rights or to restrict his or her rights.
